Welcome to the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences Office of Financial Aid. We are committed to assisting students in the Physician Assistant (PA) and Joint Physician Assistant and Master of Public Health Programs (PA/MPH) finance their education. Estimated Costs of the PA Program, Class of 2028
The total estimated cost of the PA program is $211,818, including:
- The total estimated cost of attendance for year PA year 1 (3 semesters: summer, fall and spring) is $105,239. This estimate includes tuition and fees ($57,932), plus other expenses (living expenses, books, computer, instruments, travel home and health insurance) of $47,307.
- The estimated cost for PA year 2 (also three semesters) is $106,579. This includes a small increase to the expenses above, except for the computer and instruments and adding in the cost of the PANCE exam and graduation regalia.
Estimated Costs of the PA/MPH Program, Class of 2029
Total estimated cost of the program is $322,435, including:
- The total estimated cost of attendance for the first year PA/MPH program (three semesters: summer, fall and spring) is $105,527. This estimate includes tuition and fees ($57,682), plus other expenses (living expenses, books, computer, travel home and health insurance) of $46,278.
- The estimated cost for the PA/MPH Year 2 (three semesters: summer, fall and spring) is $107,511. This includes a small increase to the expenses above, except for the computer purchase and adding in the cost of instruments and the PA program student activity fee.
- The estimated cost of PA/MPH Year 3 is $109,397. Year 3 also includes a small increase in tuition and includes the cost of the PANCE Exam, graduation regalia and an increase in the cost of transportation to clinical rotations.
