PA Program New and Continuing Students
- PA Program First Year — Beginning Summer 2026

Incoming students begin summer of the 2025-2026 academic year. Students will first be packaged for Summer 2026. A separate request must be submitted for the Fall/Spring semesters. Students will be packaged as follows: institutional scholarships, Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan, Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan. If additional scholarship funds are awarded to a student the package will be revised.
An aid offer notification will be provided to the student via email after these materials have been submitted and reviewed.
- Complete the required Free Application for Federal Student Aid at: StudentAid.gov.
- Complete or transfer the 2025-2026 FAFSA for Summer 2026 with school code 001444.
- Complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA with school code 001444 to apply for aid for Fall 2026/Spring 2027.
- Complete the SMHS Summer 2026 and Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Financial Aid Request Forms. Submit completed forms through this secure link: https://gwu.app.box.com/f/c4d8ea21a6d644e5a07450045b2e2a00
- Please only submit via email if experiencing issues with the secure link to medfinan [at] gwu [dot] edu (medfinan[at]gwu[dot]edu) in password protected PDF format, with the password emailed separately.

* Please note that eligible students who are enrolled at least half-time in the MPH portion of the program will be eligible for extended Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan Limits. For the nine-month academic year, this is $33,000.
